Capability access across the manufacturing spectrum
Through our established partner network, we connect you to a wide range of vertical manufacturing capabilities. This includes precision mould development (injection, die-casting in aluminium and zinc alloy, stamping and lamination moulds), metal fabrication, modified engineering plastics and specialist component processing.
Specialist materials & consumables sourcing
We source and coordinate supply of specialist manufacturing materials through vetted partners. They include high-purity cleaning solvents for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing environments and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarisation, a precision surface-finishing process)
Production support tooling & fixtures coordination
We coordinate the development of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry-specific production fixtures, jigs and assembly tooling through our partner network, thereby improving line efficiency, product consistency and compatibility with automated production environments.
Consumer & finished goods manufacturing liaison
We manage the manufacturing relationship for finished consumer products, including household power tools, small domestic appliances, consumer electronic health products and educational toys. This ensures your specifications, quality standards and delivery requirements are met by the factory.
Supply chain risk management
We actively manage your supply chain exposure, e.g. monitoring partner performance, identifying single-source dependencies and maintaining contingency options, so production continuity is protected against disruption.
