How do your engagement models work?
We offer 3 models depending on what you need. Full-Process Turnkey - we cover everything from concept to delivered product (except for intellectual property). Phased Services - you select specific modules (e.g. feasibility, DFX review, NPI). Supply Chain Partner - we act as your long-term manufacturing and supply partner in China.
What does Technical Feasibility Study actually include?
It covers an overall assessment of your product’s technical architecture, the identification of key risks and blockers and a clear report you can use to make a confident go/no-go decision. It’s designed to save you from expensive mistakes early.
What is DFX, and why does it matter?
DFX stands for Design for Excellence - a set of reviews that check your product design against manufacturability, assembly efficiency, cost and testability. Getting this right before tooling saves significant time and money down the line.
At what stage should I engage Enjisen?
As early as possible - ideally at the concept or pre-development stage. That’s when feasibility analysis delivers the most value. That said, we can also step in mid-project to provide NPI management, DFX review or supply chain support.
