Simon Lim

Founder & principal consultant

Bio

Simon brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning electronics manufacturing services, plastic tooling, die casting, automation and medical devices - with senior management roles at top-tier EMS companies including Jabil and Venture Electronics.

He has managed multi-million-dollar programmes for global brands such as Apple, Siemens, Philip Morris International, Honeywell and Dyson; and holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Economics.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese, Simon operates across China, Singapore and Malaysia with rare depth and range.

Kirby Poh

Bio

Kirby brings over 15 years of general management experience, having co-founded and scaled an IT services company from a reseller into a system integration and tech support provider with 20 staff.

He built core business systems - sales, marketing, and operations - across offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, and has a track record of coordinating across banks, government agencies, and contractors to secure approvals quickly.

Based in Singapore, Kirby leads business development and operations for Enjisen.
